1. Macro - A method of storing groups of actions and processes that can be initiated via a single key press. In terms of Printers, a macro would be a collection of commands, such as 'print current document at 50% size' that are sent to the printer with a single keystroke.

9. MICR Toner - Special magnetic toner used for printing bank checks on plain paper.
10. Monarch - The standard letter envelope used in America and Canada for personal correspondence, measuring 3.9 x 7.5 inches.
11. Monitor - The visual display device on a computer, usually CRT, Cathode Ray Tube, but these days also LCD, Liquid Crystal Display.
12. MP Tray, Multi Purpose Tray - A tray that holds or supports several types of print media in various sizes thus increasing the versatility of the printer. The type and size of media used is selected by the MP size setting on the printer's control panel.
